ttc after the pill


hello girlys i stopped taking my pill on 16th april had a 4 day bleed then on the 27th april i had a light brown discharge that least for about 3 days we have been alot when do you think i should do a test????

Hi, wasn't sure about the answer to your question but I thought I would respond and at least it will be bumped back up to the top I would guess the 4 day bleed after stopping the pill was your withdrawl bleed and maybe the one on the 27th was ?

If so, maybe hold off poas for another 2 weeks? That is if you can! I know I had to buy a bunch of cheapie tests off the internet so I can test all the time - hehe. Lots and lots of - XO

you could have ovulated at anytime, that's the problem after you come of the pill. I didn't get a withdrawal bleed, just some very light spotting for a couple of days, but as I was confused, I started temp and it definitely showed that I ovulated exactly two weeks after I came off it. I expect my fist proper AF next Tuesday.

tht is th prob with th pill i know i should of waiting at least a month before tryin but i couldnt lol
i was thinking that i should wait about 2wks ish anyway but i wanted to see if what some else though if you know what i mean but thank you both for replying

I would highly recommend you start charting what your body's doing so that there's no confusion about exactly when you're likely to ovulate in the future.
