Has anyone tried the pineapple core for implantation ?? they said it has something in it that helps with implantation and that your suppose to eat it from 1dpo for 5days has anyone tried it and it work ?? im 2dpo so i think imma still do it .
I will be trying it this cycle, I read that pineapples thin the blood which helps implantation. it's recommended to eat them fresh or juiced but not tinned because it can lose important ingredient - enzyme bromelain
See link above for a bit more info.....I was considering taking aspirin this cycle post ovulation but I have just been reading about natural blood thinners, which is what pineapple is, and see that drinking red grape juice does the same thing so I will probably do that instead!
My pineapple is on top of my fridge at mo but my feeling is once I have xpchoppped it up il pop it in the fridge...,
i ate my second piece today it was a little hard to eat but eat as much as you can of it . im going to buy another one today and im going to leave a little more meat on it to make it easier to eat .im eating the core everyday till my cycle comes and im going to start testing 6dpo which is in three more days and every day after that if i get my BFP before my cycle ill stop eating the pineapple .
