hey poppy, i'm sorry to hear of your loss, if you have the patience to wait at least one cycle that's great. i'm not sure exactly what the recommendation but i have heard people saying they have been told to wait one month to flush everything out. gl for your next attempt

Hi Poppy welcome back, I know how you feel i still have moments of sadness now. Even only being 5 weeks it will still hurt i was 6 weeks and it still feels like you have lost a baby.
I was told at the hospital to wait until after at least 1 cycle, but my friend lost 2 babys and then after the second she got pregnant straight away and she now has a healthy 1 year old.
So i haven't waited.
I hope you are ok.
