Irregular periods, cramping for more than a week and no period!
Hi all! I've been cramping for about 2 weeks now. It started with really sharp but quick pains occasionally. If I moved or something I would feel this pain shoot through my uterus but it would only last a second. The second week was AF like cramps. I usually don't get cramps when my cycle is coming but I know periods vary sometimes. In addition to my cramps I have major bloating, headaches and some constipation. I also caught something like the flu early last week and it still hasn't really subsided (idk if that has anything to do with it). I just want to know if I could be pregnant because I really hate getting that Because my period is irregular I can't really tell if I'm late or not. BTW, took a test from the dollar store early last week and
I am very irregular! After stopping birth control two years ago my cycle has been really off. I've gone two months before with no period. I've really been trying to wait but it's really killing me to know! When I got pregnant last year (resulted in a m/c) I had the same piercing cramps but any other time I don't cramp. Also, I'm getting these pains in my sides. Sorry for continously adding these symptoms but I I always draw a blank once I start typing. I can never remember them until I feel it.
Best advice I can give is to test in a few days if it's been awhile since your last AF, I know BFNs suck, but better to know one way or the other right? I don't think your mind is going to be on your side with this, our minds can play nasty tricks on us at times when we're waiting for AF to show up..
Good luck hun. Hopefully some of the other girls will be able to give you better advice!
It would be worth testing with all those symptons. I had dreadful period like pains and cramps for nearly 3 weeks starting around when AF was due but no period. Then painful hot boobs, constipation, fatigue and crying.
When I finally tested (we'd tried for 3 years with no joy and I had no idea these were symptons of pregnancy) I was nearly 7 weeks pregnant.
I would find it better to test and know one way or another than keep worrying. I've got my fingers crossed for you.
Thanks guys! Yesterday I ran out to Walgreen's in the middle of the night to buy a test but didn't have the guts to take it! I want to know but I also really want a Then I know once I take the test I'll question whether it could be early and I'll be testing every week lol. These cramps are what's really making me wonder...I can't remember ever cramping like this...
fr is a first response test hun they r the most sensitive u can buy they can detect the hcg hormone uo to 6 days before af is due hun your symptoms soound really good but like tasha said sumtimes it s hard to tell as some r so similar to af lol good luk hun hope it all positive for u xxx
