I'm glad that you found something that helps at least a little! Maybe I should try that.

I am also thinking about trying some yoga to but its hard for me to stay on a schedule.
If you don't mind me asking what is mcs?

Oh yoga would be good There are plenty of DVDs out there. I have a yogalates one so it's not really about relaxation but I like to have a few fitness DVDs etc around so I can just do it when I have time

Oh sorry about your losses.

I wish I had more motivation to exercise. I have the means to do if just no drive.
I'm not sure why but I feel tired a lot of the time and it makes me want to just lay around all day. I guess I should motivate myself just as I did with quitting smoking.

But I have been eating a ton healthier! More fibers fruits and veggies. Watching my calories and things like that. But even exercise its self is supposed to help you relax !

I have a question about when I should go to the doctors . I do suspect some form of in balance but do you think I should give out a little bit with my life style changes or should I just do it now?
