Finding this hard

I have always had an eating disorder and have always been underweight, I was severely anemic but I still had my periods, after having Michael I lost all the baby weight in 12 months and in the next six moths that followed I lost an extra stone leaving me with a BMI of 16.5 and my periods stopped.
My bloods were really low so I started eating more and working out less and they still haven't come back and now I'm worried that this is going to mess up my TTC.
I am at a healthy BMI of 20 atm and I have worked hard to get here and trying to maintain it, while eating healthy for my son and f'xd our future LO.
I have a bone scan in a couple of weeks so I am going to talk to my Doctor about it then.
I'm just so confused as to why they haven't returned as it will be nearly a year without them in March.

Well done for working so hard to overcome such pyschological demons. That is an amazing achievement. You seem to have a lot going on with study and a 2 year old. Prob best to go with the flow for now. x

Very proud of you! I am in recovery as well. It took about 6 months of maintaining a healthy bmi for me to have my periods return and a short while longer to start ovulating again. I was actually using breastfeeding as a weight loss method (terrible I know). Just keep up the good work. Your body will catch up.
