Anyone with PCOS and LPD?

I have PCOS and have been ttc for about a year now. I was taking some time to go over my charts for the last several months and noticed that I have probably been ovulating (according to Fertility Friend) but my Luteal Phase is 8 days... Is there anyone out that that has PCOS and an LPD? I could really use some advise and encouragement right now. I'm still waiting to see a specialist... been waiting 6 months. My appointment is at the end of March but it still seems so far away.

SweetMel - my cycles are all over the place. They seem to get longer the longer we are ttc. This last cycle was 49 days. What is yours like? How long have you been ttc?

My cycles were very long up until about a year ago. I started going to the gym, taking a hand full of vitamins and eating better. They got shorter after that. My cycles since August have been about 28, 29, 30 days but from December to January I had a 38 day cycle. So I donít know what to expect this month. I am CD25 and I donít feel like AF is coming. Usually I have a bit of PMS three to four days before AF. Sometimes I get a migraine headache. I had a migraine on my birthday back in October and then I started AF the next day. I feel good for being CD25.

I am trying to treat my PCOS with a low carb diet. I have been doing it for 25 days now and have lost 10 lbs. but hopefully if I can get rid of my PCOS symptoms, I can get pregnant (and stay pregnant).

I think they say that B6 helps with you LP but it is better if you take the rest of the B vitamins with it. They work together. One of the vitamins I take is a B-Complex then I take extra folic acid besides that.

I have PCOS and just waiting to see a doctor, I'm currently on CD 97. I've been referred to gynaecology for treatment and just waiting now. X

I've heard about taking the B-Complex for LPD as well but I'm a little nervous about taking them before seeing my doctor. It seems crazy but I feel desparate to do something or have something done but I get nervous about doing it without having ok'd it with the doctor first lol
