My First Ever IUI! - Is This Normal?

Sooo, to make a long story short, I am on my third round of Clomid (100mg), and just had my first ever IUI this past Wednesday.

I am not on cycle day 20, three days past the IUI. Although the doctor had trouble with the equipment during my IUI because of my tilted cervix, everything else went fine, and I didn't even feel any pain, not even any cramps or spotting, what-so-ever.

The only thing I have felt since my IUI is this "twinge-like" sensation on my lower left side, I'm assuming where my ovary is. It is not consistent, and isn't exactly painful, but it feels kinda like a cramp you would get on your side after running for a long period of time.

I'm trying not to over analyze every little symptom because I don't want to get my hopes up, but I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this before after having an IUI done? I'm sure it is nothing, but I am really just hoping it is not a cyst!

Anyone who has gotten their BFP after an IUI, please respond! Tell me your symptoms, how soon you experienced them, and what cycle day you tested on! Thanks so much!

And for anyone who is interested, here is my TTC journey so far:

My Journey
October 2012:
- Sperm analysis done on hubby, came back "above average, as good as it gets!"
- Got two blood tests done to rule out endometriosis (first one came back "borderline," but second came back fine.

November 2012:
- Ultra sound done, which told me that I not only have a tilted cervix, but also a heart shaped uterus. Doctor told me this should not be the reason for my infertility.

December 2012:
- Suffered from kidney stones, so took a month break from TTC.

January 2013:
- Period came extremely late, I'm assuming due to the kidney stones I had had a month prior.
- Had HSG test done. Although VERY painful, dye flew right through both tubes extremely fast!
- Started my first round of Clomid 50mg.

February 2013:
- After seeing lots of brown watery mucus off and on for several days, AF finally showed her ugly face. First round of Clomid failed. Did not test with OPKs, so not sure when/if I ovulated, but period didn't come any sooner than normal, which doctor said it should have.
- Onto round two of Clomid, this time bumped up to 100mg!

March 2013:
- Bad headaches around the time of ovulation, assumed due to the Clomid. Positive OPK on cycle day 17. No brown mucus, like seen on first cycle of Clomid. Very hopeful!

April 2013:
- Started period on the 1st of the month (Happy April Fool's Day to me! )
- Onto 3rd round of Clomid, still on 100mg, positive OPK on day 16.
- First ever IUI performed on day 17. Doctor had a little trouble, due to tilted cervix, but everything else went fine, and did not experience any pain, not even any cramps.
- Twinges felt on lower left side (assuming near ovary). Not exactly painful, but feels like a cramp you get on your side after running a long distance, or exercising.

This is my 2nd cycle I have been tracking CF, O pains, and temps...so I am can't really tell you my patterns because I didn't really pay attention to them much!

This is our first cycle TTC, but last cycle when we were using protection, I did not notice the same thing you are describing, which I did notice this time!....just like a slight O pain, but not as bad, followed with a full day of mild cramping. I got that sensation yesterday on DPO5, and today DPO6, I am still feeling the slight cramping.

I don't what if anything it is (maybe I gearing up for AF) but it seems alittle early. Of course I hoping for better than AF though!!!!!
