This is my second month charting (first full month). Yesterday FF said I was possibly triphasic starting on CD25 (currently on CD 29). This morning my temp dropped but it's still above my CL (CL is 97.64) my bbt was 98.01. FF took away my triphasic message this morning. Does this mean AF possibly on the way? Or should I not put so much stock into 1 day's temp? I had a very restless sleep last night. DH had to wake me up twice because of my upsetting dreams, room was a bit colder & I woke up in cold sweats a couple times. Not sure if this would affect my BBT? I would post my chart but I'm not sure how to do this.
Thanks! I'm just excited to have gotten to 10DPO this month & now on my 12DPO. My first two cycles after being off the pill were 27 and 28 days & only about 9 DPO which I've read is too short of a luteal phase. I'll wait to see what tomorrow brings. Still just trying to figure out how this all works!
Thanks everyone! The first month I thought for sure I was pregnant but realized it was just my body getting adjusted to being off the bcp, but took 3 HPT's & was disappointed with each one. FF is estimating AF to come on 10/8 but said I should test on 10/12. This month has actually been pretty good for me in comparison to the other 2 mos (major moodiness & pms symptoms). So far my only noticeable symptom is tender, enlarged breasts. But I had this since pretty much right after ovulation. I'm trying not to symptom spot this month so I don't drive myself nuts. But pretty hard not to notice my girls right now.
I have had the same worry today with 2 days of my temp dropping and I read about FF saying if it drops it doesnt mean you're out yet so I am hoping with all my being that in the morning it hasnt dropped again!
I only had a 25 day cycle last month, how long should a LP be do you know? xxx
