I don't know if anyone saw this; Well I've not had a drink in almost 2 months and still not had a BFP yet and it's my 22nd birthday next Sunday and my OH, parents and my friends all want me to go to the pub for a drink ..so I'm really considering having a drink if I don't have a BFP by then ..I'm due AF on the 26th and my birthday is the 25th, but we're going out on the 23rd ..so what do I do? What if it turns out it could be my month and then I have a drink? or do I not have a drink on my birthday and still not get a BFP? Also none of my family or friends in real life really know we're TTC so they will suspect something if I don't drink ..any suggestions as what to do? Either have a drink for my birthday and try again next month or don't drink? xx

yes it best not to drink etc but before 2 week wait etc i cant see harm its not like any of us are hardened drinkers ?? the odd glass is ok when preggers (depending who you ask )

Hey I think having a drink will be fine until you know. My friends were all drinking until they knew they were expecting and had something to stop for. My one friend had gone on holiday for a weekend and drank a bottle of JD with her mate. Came home and on Monday she found out she was expecting! I've been off alcohol for 3 months and all my friends are convinced I'm expecting. If only!! It's not like you would be avoiding shell fish, soft cheese, rare meat and pate etc before you found out. Oh I don't know it's up to you. Happy Birthday by the way.

Well I was 3 days late, thought I as pg and

came!! I was totally devestated! My sweet DH took me out for diner , got me quite drunk and I too am gonna do it the old fashioned way!!!!!!
