Timing is such a B*! HSG scheduled when I"m out of town :(

I can't even believe it.

My cycles are so irregular, anywhere from 25-53 days.
We've been trying for over a year.
I'm 38 and perimenopausal.
Hubby will be in and out for extensive periods of time with his job, we have a few months before this is in full effect.

Ok. those are the basics. So, I got my masters a almost a year ago and have been searching for a job since with zero luck due to a move and saturated market. I FINALLY found a job, and I am due to be out of town training on CD8, which is when my OB does HSG testing. I'll be gone CD 8-9 &10. I can't even. I literally can't even believe it. I have zero idea how long I'll have to wait if I don't have it done this cycle, plus, hubs will be gone anyway soon.

I'm just so frustrated.

BTW: If flow started last night, even if it's not heavy then is 24 hours after that considered full cd1? I have to get blood work done on CD two and I don't want to get the timing off.

So sorry about your timing. That is rough!

Af far as counting day one. I also consider it first day of bright red with a good flow. Even if it is later in the day. But that would be something to check with your doctor. See how they determine the first day.

They actually didn't count it until late in the day, which bought me an extra day so I can go to training and still have it done. Woot woot!!!!! They do it day ten even though doc wants day 8. I don't get it. Lol
