I thought Soy was useful in the first part of our menstral cycle to hlep produce strong healthy eggs? This is so confusing now. Carrots have Vit A but I thought it changes or is lost when cooked so cooked is ok?

Have had a look into this, as I have been chomping carrots myself!

Hope this helps!

I swear the list of no-no's for pregnancy and conception keeps growing.

Back when I had my first two babies it was just don't eat fish more than once a week.

Then with my third baby it was don't eat certain fish at all and only eat fish on occasion.

With my fourth baby they said that you really should avoid most fish if you can and don't eat deli meats, hot dogs, and soft cheeses.

Now I am ttc #5 and I have to add carrots to the list? What next? We can't eat fruit because our babies will grow a second nose?

Awwww well it is all worth it in the end isn't it
