Just thought I would update:
Positive OPKs yesterday. Temp increase today so thought this was ovulation as my temps don't usually increase this much if I haven't ovulated. But, I have even darker positive OPKs today and even stronger ovulation pains today too, so I don't know what to think! I know it can increase the chances of releasing more than one egg, does this sound as if this is happening?
I would usually see positive OPKs then temp increase but negative OPKs by then

Hi everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been online much, but I'm trying to relax and not obsess about the whole process as much as possible. I'm due in two days and I've been getting quite sicky hunger pangs in the morning the last couple of days and my breasts are feeling a little swollen. I daren't test yet, but could it be? I wonder if I'm deluding myself. I'm not even sure I ovulated, but if I did, I've established it must have been at least 11/12 days ago.....

Happycupcake - your ovulation signs look good, so I've got everything crossed for you. I looked at your journal and noticed that you talk about having had several early losses. I had two very early ones before opting for soy with my 2nd child and it seemed to make the difference, so good luck! I noticed in your journal that you're studying Psychology with Open University, which is exactly the same thing I did! Also, I notice that you've got Aspie kids and my eldest (aged 9) is currently in the process of being assessed as he has ASD traits. Sending love xxx

How about that, seems we have much in common!
Yeah we have had quite a few, but I had a pelvic scan which showed my lining was thin and I had had a polyp also, which removed itself, but that wouldn't have helped when it was there.
I have been using various things to help thicken lining like pomegranate juice up to ovulation, and extra vitamin E and fertility tea, and had also hoped that if soy increased oestrogen this would help too.
I ovulated right on time so it didn't adversely affect my cycle, though there were differences between this and my previous cycles so despite my tiny dose I'm hoping it's helped. If it doesn't happen for us this cycle then I may slightly increase the dose next time.

I started off on a high with psychology, but then all this happened and I couldn't devote myself to both, it was too stressful. When I signed up for it I thought we would have been successful by this point, so I deferred for the time being. Something had to give and I can't concentrate on both, and with all the children at home too.

All three of my bio children have autism to various degrees. Eldest is like me - ASD with Asperger's traits. So high functioning. DS2 is more on the spectrum, but not as much as DD. It's challenging but they're amazing to me, incredibly clever in their own ways, I feel they're all good examples of how wide the spectrum is. I find many professionals get caught up in textbook examples but each child is an individual, and won't present in a textbook manner all the time.
Where is your eldest in the assessment process? Are you in the UK too?

Lots of love and light to you too, and lots of luck for this cycle. I hope you get your positive soon! It's always daunting the thought of testing x x x

I am going to this cycle! I will start it today since today is day 4 of my cycle. I figure may as well. I went to a fertility specialist a week ago and he wanted to prescribe me femara and do a monitored cycle. But it would have cost around $700. So I am going to try the SI and Black Cohosh and just pray it works.

Whoa that's expensive! Good luck with the soy, if you Google it you will find many success stories

Just a quick update: I have positive ICs today, five of them with fmu. I'm 11dpo. Excited but trying to keep excitement under control as this has resulted in so many chemicals I don't want to assume anything at the moment. I marked it down on my chart for records, rather than assuming all will be fine.

Ok, I retested with smu and had another positive IC. Tested a third time (third time lucky and all) this afternoon and got more positive ICs and a positive FRER.
I also drank pomegranate juice this cycle up to ovulation or up to a day or so before, so I think both this and the soy has helped as we haven't had a properly clear FRER since ttc this time
