Am I just imagining everything?

I usually psych myself up and make myself believe iím pregnant when i always get the BFN i get upset.
I stopped taking my BC probably 3/4 weeks ago. The week after i stopped i had unprotected sex probably once a day. A week later i am feeling nauseous and lightheaded/dizzy, i feel exhausted and headaches, i am so full or so hungry, my boobs kind of ache and my nipples tingle a little but nothing bad. i have light cramping in my pelvis. I donít get periods either so i donít know when to test, because I hope iím not psyching myself up again and iím going to get that BFP.
When should I test?

Since you were taking such a hormone-intense form of birth control, it's possible that you are experiencing withdrawals while your body balances itself out. The pill can sometimes take a few months to fully recover from. TWW symptoms can also mimic pregnancy signs, which is just cruel! It's hard to know when you should be testing since you haven't had a full cycle without your BCP yet, and don't know your new average cycle length or luteal phase length. I'd suggest stocking up on some cheapies and testing around 4 weeks. It's certainly possible for you to already be pregnant, and the symptoms are promising, you've just left yourself in a bit of a spot by not waiting.

I had little a little spotting the week after sex but it was just a tiny bit.
I have a super irregular period, like hardly ever have it. But i’ve also never felt like this when i stop my BC.
I want to test ASAP, but i have so much anxiety over it maybe being a Negative. I get depressed when i see BFN. i have high hopes this time So i’ll test within a week or so and see what it says.
Thank you!

I understand completely! I'm a POAS addict, but it does get depressing if you get a BFN. I figured it's best to err on the side of caution to avoid a false negative! Good luck, and I hope you keep us posted how it goes!

Oh my goodness, this is me.

I havenít taken birth control for years so it isnít that for me, but I swear, I had never had those symptoms before really TTC and I started to think that every month was it for me.

Turns out, thatís just my progesterone when my hormones are actually regulated. Before this, I didnít regulate them, so didnít have those symptoms at all. It was unusual and new so I assumed.

I hope this is it for you. But just know there are so many of us who have been there and itís so disappointing every month! I swear, the one month I have zero ďsymptomsĒ will be it! Baby dust to you.

Thank you! Iím hoping this is it. My nausea feels like itís subsiding. but my boobs still hurt and iím still getting dizzy and lightheaded and headaches and still moody and weirdly want pickles at all hours. so weíll see

See I felt all those symptoms coming off the pill in November and I still feel like that now on the tww because of progesterone. Coming off the pill is going to be different every time because your body will either kickstart ovulation or delay ovulation for a cycle or so. Good luck but I wouldn't get your hopes up x

The first month, after I had my IUD removed, I just KNEW I was pregnant. I had every symptom in the book. Nausea, heartburn, back aches, boob aches, cramping. I had BD every night leading up to ans after my ovulation date, so I knew it was it. Until AF showed up, right on time. I was really upset seeing the BFN. Hubby reminded me I get most of those symptoms ALL the time before AF. But because we were TTC, I took them for pregnancy symptoms. I'm finding it's impossible to NOT symptom spot. Try not to stress too much, easier said than done. Fingers crossed, journal your symptoms, and take one day at a time. That's what I'm trying to do. Good luck!
