Soy isoflavones - if you plan to try them

Hi ladies just want to invite you to the ttc buddies board, I'm trying soy for my next cycle for the first time and have created a post on there, so if your planning to give them a go too, you join it and we can compare notes how it goes

I was thinking 2-6 first month because ovulation for me is really late so hoping to bring it forward.

You count the first day you see proper red flow as day 1. I've a good feeling about soy, fx'd we see those bfp's soon xx

Oh YEAH!!!!!!!!!!! I want to try it next cycle and don't know much about it so it would be great to have people to talk to aobut it. I am currently waiting for AF...uggggg...this is the longest cycle i've had in a long time! They are usually 35-45 days long. Right now I'm on CD 49 and my temps say I haven"t even OV!!! This in my first cycle temping so maybe I never OV! I'm so scared, but hoping soy will help because I don't want to take meds unless its absoultly nessasary!!

I'm too waiting for af to arrive, had late ovulation and stopped the bvits I was taking to lengthen luteal phase so no idea when she might show up! Hope its soon tho I'm keen to start the soy!

Imogen thats great you've had no unwanted side effects! Let us know how you get on with the ovulation!

Impatient i'm rubbish with charts myself but yours seems to think you've ovulated a few days ago so hope you got plenty of bd'ing in just in case! xx
