found it!! thanks.
is it just me, or does anyone else find themselves possibly imagining they have preg symptoms? because i have been having unprotected sex over the last 4 weeks, i keep thinking.....ooohhh, could i be?
its been so long since my DD was born i can barely remember the symptoms!
i also worry about my age and MC, especially as i have had no af since stopping the mini pill, and i like my wine, and i smoke 20 a day. not good really is it?

If you dont know when you af is due, its kinda hard. But, I found once I started ttc, I became much more aware of my body and what was happening.
Best thing is to relax, enjoy and wait!!!!! Dont get stressy, it will not help you! Hope that does not sound patronising as it is not meant to be.

i agree stressing may even delay your af, and again if you dont know when your af is due it will make it hard to know when to try and conceive, after a few cycles it should be alot easier to know when you are ovulating and go from there,... i know the chances of m/c are supposed to be higher over 40 but i also know a lot of women who have had m/c at 25.... and im not sure if the smoking 20 a day will help lol i gave up in dec and its hard going i now eat my own body weight in chocolate every day :O

congrats on giving up!!! choc is nowhere near as harmful lol!!
it is hard as i have no idea if i am ovulating or not, and added to that i hear loads of people having probs conceiving after the mini pill, in particular cerazette which i was on for 2 and a half yrs with no periods. i caught with my daughter whilst still smoking and she was fine, almost 9lbs in fact, but would like to think i could chuck them in the bin this time, but have a feeling i won't.....
still, its only been 4 weeks, but have still found myself doing 2 preg tests, both neg!!

Hi ladies... can I join ? Ive just had my 37th birthday and the last time I conceived was in April 1990 !!! so, yes my DD is now 19 years old I have 4 step-children also ranging from 5-18 years. My OH is 41. I also smoke but I will (try to) give up if/when I see a BFP... I figured giving up now would only stress me out futher and I'm stressed enough with TTC as it is ! This is cycle 5

hi not quite sure....i agree ttc and giving up the smokes is stressful... i gave up the day i found out i was pregnant on all of my kids but started again about a year after each of them were born grrrr must have been screaming kids that drove me too it lol.... but thought id give up before hand this time to try and get as healthy as poss and myabe make it easier to get pregnant dieting too etc, am about a stone over weight i guess.. not helpful when given up smoking because now i eat more... vicious bloody circle,... as far as ttc goes i guess im on about cycle10 now. have given myself another 10 months and then im going to give up..and just take it that it isnt meant to be, anyhooo to everyone and have a good weekend
