I dis cut out caffeine completely due to a heart condition and palpitations also went on a massive health kick :-) although I do drink the odd cup of tea now.
I have one decaf coffee in the morning and maybe a cup of tea later on.
Not all decaf has lots of chemicals. Nescafe don't use chemicals to filter their decaf, it tell you all about how it's done on their website, I believe use water.
Organic decaf is all natural too apparently. :-)

how long does it take for the green tea to take effect...thats all i have been drinking is water and green tea i cut the dairy and caffeine out of my diet

Here in the US you can have a caffeinated soda a day or a cup of coffee a day. In the first trimester if you drink more than 300mg of caffeine (most soda's have 50mg each when it comes to cans of soda) a day it puts you at risk for miscarrying. I know a lady that had IUI's done on multiple occasions, but she loved Mt. Dew...she drank like 4 a day...she miscarried each time she got a BFP. She also wasn't fully taking care of herself either and she was diabetic, so it wasn't caffeine alone. It sounds like you're doing a good job, so I wouldn't worry about it. I'm not a water drinker, so I need my crystal light and sometimes an ice tea.

Lol it would be amazing to be that simple. It can be a long and hard journey but we have each other on BnB i suppose. I have only been a member a few days but have read the posts on this site for years. Joined now as i am TTC after years of pain and Endo which was finally treated last July.

Good Luck
