Yeah, for sure... I was taking 2 at breakfast and one at supper time, originally. It was fine. But my hubby took his in the evening one day and he couldn't sleep that night. (Maca is great for your man, too )
Does anyone else take the powdered form of Maca? If so, how much do you take? I've been taking a teaspoon full in my tea or smoothie a couple of times a day. Not sure if that's right or not. Info on the side of the bag just says a serving is a tsp. Is there a risk in having too much?
