76 days without bleeding. Small bleeding yesterday stopped today?

So my last period started on March 20th. Yesterday marked day 77. I started cramping badly and when I went pee I checked my cervix to find a small amount of dark red blood. I put a pad on and kept checking. Nothing ever made it out onto the pad but was still inside.
This morning I have checked again and there is just a tiny amount of dark brown blood.
I don't know whether to class this as a period or not? What else could it be?

Hey, the same thing is happening to me, however were not ttc. We have only had one accident so I don't think is much change i can be pg. I'm on day 69 atm with no period and for the last couple of days have had a tiny bit of light brown discharge, but nothing that needed any protection. Will keep an eye on this page as would like to know what people have to say. I did go drs last week who told me to come back in 2 weeks if still no period. Have you been drs yet?

is there a possibilty it could have been an implantation bleed from a very late ovulation? ive heard of this happening.

what i would do is wait a couple of days, test and then if its a bfn then go to the doctors and see what they say about it.

It may be pre-AF spotting. It happens to me sometimes - curse of long cycles

The last cycle (54 days long), I had 2 days of pre-AF spotting.

It could be implantation though, fingers crossed

didnt think of that, so thats another possibility. i had it once when i had a really long cycle (63 days) but ive never had a long cycle since so i wouldnt know too much. xx
