Pineapple juice?

So I'm drinking pineapple juice since I heard it helps with implantation.
How much and how often am I supposed to drink it?

Hi,

It has to be 100% pressed pineapple juice, not from concentrate. Most people just have a glass a day.

You can also eat brazil nuts, a handful a day.

It is the high content of selenium in them, it helps build a nice womb lining perfect for the little one to rest in .

Good luck

x

I'll join in with you, mainly as I love pineapple and eat it / drink the juice most days Do you think eating it would have the same benfits as drinking the juice. Pineapple and yogurt is a favorite breakfast of mine.

Merry - Don't eat it as it contains an enzyme which can cause the uterus to contract, which can cause miscarriage, the process of making the juice gets rid of the enzyme.

Wow never heard that! Maybe I should stop eating so much, even though I don't think I've concieved this month. I'll change to melon and bananas after I finish the fruit I'm currently on. How strange the juice is good while the fruit can be bad!
Thank you
