Clomid users - help

Hi ladies, haven't been on here for a while as I was starting to do my own head in symptom spotting and making myself think I was pregnant, wasn't healthy. Anyway I'm bk as I need advice I have been ttc since june of last yr, I am 24yrs old, my dh is also 24 however has a low sperm count and is injecting hgc to increase his sperm count. It is my first month of takin clomid, I used to use Agnus castus but have been advised to try clomid, i usually have a 26-28day cycle, the first day of my last cycle was 15th august, I took clomid on 19th-23rd (days 5-9 of my cycle). Af was due around 10th-12th september, however hasn't showing yet. I never used opk this month as we decided not to use a clear blue fertility monitor to tell us wen to havesex, we just did pretty much every day anyway so there was little chance of me missing my fertile period. Anyway af hasn't shown yet, I had cramping on the 8th and 9th September which made me think af was coming, plus I felt really wet and had lots of milky cm, which had me running to the loo tampon in hand, but nothing there. I have been having difficulty sleeping the last week, I feel terrible asif I'm getting a cold, I have a headache due to the lack of sleep, I feel sick this morning because I didn't feel like eating yday, although the days before I have been eatinb like a pig. My boobs are bigger and they're sore at the sides, and my nipples are sore.

Anyway guess the thin I want to know is does clomid leangthing ur cycles and do it cause pregnancy symptoms? I poas on Friday and I got a bfn, I can't bare to do another one, I'm just going to wait. I have slight cramping on and off at the mo? Any advice wud be much appreciated.

Thank you and lots and lotss s of baby dust to all

xxxx

Thank u so much for replying! I know it's a waffy long message. I honestly daren't test, this sounds really stupid but is rather get af than a bfn?! How daft does that sound. How long wer ur cycles? Wer u regular? I'm worried because I took it days 5-9 iv read it makes u ovulate days 16-20?? So I'm thinking of holding out another 5 days to test...if I can haha I'm not sleeping or anything! Thnx again for replying! I wud love twins but even one wud do xxx

Clomid does often increase your cycles pushing back your ovulation date. Only true way to check is by temping or if you are offered blood tests or follicle scans. Good Luck x

Hi there, I'm on my 3rd cycle of clomid. I think clomid affects everyone differently, my first 2 cycles af showed on time then last month af showed 3 days early which is really unusual for me! I know what you mena about testing, I'm always way too scared and like you would rather af showed than get a bfn! God it drives you mad this ttc!!

Good luck to you and fxd you get your BFP x
