Soy Isoflavones and Irregular Periods

I've read a lot about Soy Isoflavones helping with ovulation/pregnancy, but as I understand it you have to take it on certain days of your cycle. What if I don't have a cycle? My period as gone away for about 6 months now, and shows absolutely no signs of coming back. Should I just take the vitamins everyday for a month? Or Just take it for 5 days? Or should I just give up?

I would try taking it for 5 days then use OPK for 10 days....if no sign of ovulation step the dose up for another 5 days! I was recommended to try 80mg once a day for 5 days, then step it up to 120mg if 80mg didn't work!!
