leaking fluid from bumps on areola?

Hi ladies, I'm approx 9dpo according to FF and OPK's. The past 2 days I noticed the bumps on my areola (montgomery glands) are swollen and red and have a whitish fluid in them,? They are normally flesh coloured. I squeezed one gently and clearish fluid came out. I've searched on the net but not conclusive.

Has anyone here got the same thing and gone on to get their BFP?

By the way my youngest child is 6 and a half and I didnt breastfeed.
Thanks

The following may be TMI.........for years my montgomery glands have gotten stuff in them, like blackheads Just a very tiny amount though. Asked the doctor about it and he said sometimes they get plugged with dead skin cells. But I've never had what you're experiencing, the clear liquid? Have you googled the prolacting like Hays recommended?

No smell at all, did google prolactin but I never had a problem before. When I conceived my 2 children I wasnt ttc so never paid attention to breast change etc? Hmm guess I will find out sooner or later.
Thanks ladies
