Ovulation without significant temperature rise?

Has anyone ever had this? I had a positive OPK (line darker than test line after 4 days of fainter lines) on Saturday - first response. My usual temp seems to be 35.9 - 36.3 with a 36.4 at CD 9. I went up to 36.5 on CD 16 and have been 36.4 for the past couple of days. All taken after I've just got out of bed in the same place.

Any thoughts on whether I might have ovulated with just a small temp rise? Or whether I am still to ovulate? I usually have a 28 - 30 day cycle. I'd love to have ovulated as all this BD waiting for the damn egg to be released is killing me and the OH!

Tried to post my chart (fertilityfriends.com) but it's not working.

Aha! FF has given me 16 days complimentary VIP status and analysed more of my signs.

"Your Cycle Summary
You are 4 days past ovulation (DPO). You just ovulated. You are entering the waiting phase of the cycle. We recommend that you join our circles (if you haven't done so already). It really helps to share with other users.
Fertility Sign Interpretation
Temperature: Ovulation Detected on Cycle Day 14
Cervical Fluid: You haven't reported any fertile cervical fluid (egg white or watery). The presence of fertile cervical fluid is a sign of a highly fertile phase usually followed quickly by an ovulation. This can be a normal situation for you. More...
Ovulation Tests: You haven't reported any Ovulation Test results (OPK, Monitor or Microscope). These tests are not required for using Fertility Friend, however, they can give you more insight into your cycle if your other fertility signs (BBT,CM,CP) are not giving a clear enough picture.
Data Check
Data Interpretation
Time: You did not record enough time information at this point.
Temperature
Fluctuations: Ok. Your temperature seems to fluctuate in normal limits.
Luteal Phase: No applicable cycles in your stats."

How reliable does this seem to others? I'd love to stop BD and if I am 4 days post ovulation, then I could safely do so. I've not really had much in the way of CM - had quite a bit round about days 13 - 14 but it was creamy and although it was less viscous (really really sorry, TMI!) than usual it certainly wasn't egg white consistency.

Aaaargh, I found the bit to input your OPK results and now it's changed again!

"Your OPK has detected a possible ovulation on Cycle Day 17. This ovulation has not yet been confirmed by other fertility signs.
If you wish to use your OPK as your primary fertility sign, [Click Here] to switch your ovulation detector to the OPK/Monitor detector.

Fertility Sign Interpretation
Temperature: Your last peak fertile day was on Cycle Day 16 but you have to wait for at least 3 days of high temperatures to confirm ovulation.
Cervical Fluid: You haven't reported any fertile cervical fluid (egg white or watery). The presence of fertile cervical fluid is a sign of a highly fertile phase usually followed quickly by an ovulation. This can be a normal situation for you. More...
Ovulation Tests: Your last OPK positive on Cycle Day 16 predicts ovulation between Cycle Day 16 and Cycle Day 18. You should observe a temperature rise and at least 3 days of high temperatures to confirm this ovulation.
Data Check
Data Interpretation
Time: You did not record enough time information at this point.
Temperature
Fluctuations: Ok. Your temperature seems to fluctuate in normal limits.
Luteal Phase: No applicable cycles in your stats."

Looks like it's more BD for us *sighs resignedly*

Hi Holly...I am by no means an expert temp person ...but I have been temping for 2 months and I really couldn't make heads nor tales of the whole thing. I got my yesterday and when I thought I ov'ed...I didn't and I didn't really have any great spike in temp..I did notice this month though that when the temp went up ( about .3 degrees) it stayed up which is a good sign of pregnancy..and well here I am preggo!!! Good luck hun and hope you get it figured our soon!

Holly - try and add your link to your chart it will give us a better idea of what may be happening for you.
I think you click on sharing in the right hand column and then its RSS Feed (but I'm not sure) - either that or use their tickers as they can link direct to your chart????

Congratulations Dee - great news!

I've been trying to attach the chart for the past hour, and although I can't manage to put the ticker picture on my signature, I think I've managed to get the link to work. Here goes.....
