Question about ovulation cramping

Can you start to feel ovulation cramps before a positive OPK? How many days do you usually feel ovulation cramps? I've felt some cramping for 2 days, but I still have negative OPK.

So, I had some cramping and spotting on Tuesday and thought that I was going to ovulate early. I normally ovulate on CD15, but I had negative OPK's and my CBFM was still only showing a high reading. Today, finally I had some weird pain on my left side ovary and got a positive OPK this afternoon. I should get a peak reading on my CBFM tomorrow morning. So, you never know, it can take a few days before you get your positive. When did you ovulate last month?

Last month I ovulated on CD15 which was a couple of days early for me. Today is CD15... I really think its coming soon because I'm feeling crampy, but I normally break-out before ovulation and no zits. Just patiently waiting for the eggy!

Last cycle i did some research on ovulation cramping due to me cramping earlier than ovulation was due and found out you can get the cramps days before as the eggs are getting bigger, during when the egg is being released and after due to some blood that can happen when the egg has been released.

well i get cramps before very strong cramps during and mild cramps afterwards so its totally normal to get them before oving i think with everything it helps to indicate that ov may have occured but will never predict/tell you if and when you will ov - if only we could all have ultrasound technicians at our beck and call - hmmm if i won the lotto maybe i will buy one a train dh lol lol lol

If i won the lottery i would definetly get a ultrasound machine, just imagine if you had one whilst pregnant you'd be on it constantly lol

I got my +OPK on CD 16! I knew it was coming from the cramps. I'm a bit surprised my breasts aren't sore and I haven't had a skin break-out on my chin. Today is CD 17 and I assume I'll ovulate today so we better do the BD! We BD on night of CD14, morning of CD 15... and we need to do it again today and tomorrow! Hopefully we'll catch the eggy this month!

Last month, I got the kind of stabbing cramp on my lower right stomach that made feel like I had kidney stone or something.
I tested,and I got +OPK

But unluckily we didn't catch the egg. Yah I couldn't enjoy the BD because of the pain. I had dry CM too.
So this month I'm trying pre-seed!

My cramps last around 4-5 hours and are really quite painful. I always test about an hour after they finish and get a positive which fades over the next 1-2 days
