The Making Babies Program- what's your fertility type ladies?

Ok, so I've been reading a book called Making Babies, it's really interesting and is basically a three month (natural and holistic approach) to TTC!

I found a nifty website where you can complete the making babies program questionnaire online for free to find out your unique fertility type, with helpful information and pointers and any suplements or herbs you could take to aid fertility as naturally as possible...

my fertility types are:
tired
waterlogged!!!

hope some of you find this interesting/helpful!

here's that LINK!

Interesting!! Mine was "stuck" and "tired." Wonderful lol. I am going to start exercising regularly (I used to, and I got preggo with my daughter without even meaning too lol). Since having my daughter, I lost all the baby weight, but I haven't really exercised at all. Just maintained. Hopefully this helps out!!!

I'm also stuck and tired!

I bought my exercise bike back to our flat from my parents' house at the weekend so am trying to do a bit of cycling each night while watching telly. It seems to be helping - the last two mornings I've woken up FEELING like I've actually slept!

I like the little suggestions they give with your results, thank u for this it's definitely a wake up call! X

I got tired and stuck as well!

But it wasnt entirely true for me, maybe because this is my first cycle charting. Also, are we supposed to ask DH to fill up the men's part?

He was beside me.. so he answered those.
