Low and hard = not fertile,
High, soft, open = fertile
Though, annoyingly, since I've been doing OPKs my cervix doesn't always seem to correspond to when the OPKs say I'm fertile. Think my body might just be working wrong, but the above is how it is supposed to be.
Oh right, that's why you were asking. I've read that you can't really go off your cervix as an indication of early pregnancy. My cervix is usually low and hard before AF starts, yet I had a friend that had the same and she turned out to be pregnant so you could be!
