Sorry hon, can't help. Haven't had a BFP. Maybe ask someone in the TWW forum or even the early pregnancy bit?

x

How many dpo are you? For me I'm 7 dpo and I've had these horrible cramps on and off for a few days now I never have cramps the way I have and I'm not supposed to start for 6 days, and the leg pain as well... I NEVER get them like I have now... sounds very promising for us both... Fingers and everything crossed for us... Good Luck hun, keep us posted...

For some, the signs of a BFP and AF are the same but for others they're totally different and some women can predict either a BFP or their AF coming. For me, I know when I'm getting AF. I think it all depends on how in tuned you are with your body. I get pains in my thighs when I have AF, not when I'm pregnant...at least not until I'm towards my second trimester. So, it can vary hun.

I totally agree.. I'm very intuned with my body and I know how it likes to play games with me Butttttttt I've never had this much cramping like this... who knows... I have a good wait to test so I'm just gonna try to put it out of my head and just wait and see if AF shows or NOT... PMS cramps and AF are the same and I've never been pregnant so I'm not sure if this is implantation cramps or PMS... lol
