Do evaporation lines dissappear????

so, did a test 3 days ago, put it in my bag as I thought it was BFN - When I looked later it was a very clear 'positive' but then when I put it on here people were saying that evap lines on clear blue are really bad. The test, after 3 days, is as strong as it when I fist saw it so just wanted to know if this is what happens with evap lines?

Did you take another test using a pink dye test yet?

I remember your test. I'm gonna send you a picture of my Clearblue test with my second daughter. Does it look like this in real life?

The thing is, yes, some people have gotten bad evaps on Clearblue that look like true positives. That's why I think you should use a pink dye just to be sure. You don't know how long it took for the plus sign to come up, that's the thing. If it had came up within the time limit and you were sure of that, then I'd say yes, it's a BFP. An evap will stay on a test though, it doesn't leave.

Yea, from what I remember of your test, it looks similar to mine. Hm, that's so weird that the Clearblue came back looking like a positive but the pink dye test was negative. I know this can happen from time to time. Are you late? I don't remember if you mentioned if you are or not.

I know how that feels cuz I have PCOS too. Hm, that's just it then. You may or may not be late and the Clearblue may pick it up sooner than the pink dye test you used. Can you test again today?

I could do but it's wearing me out! I went to the the Doc yesterday so gonna wait for the lab results of the FMU, it'll drive me med if I keep testing! lol

I had spotting too but because I didn't do the OPK's this month I don't know if that could be ovulation bleeding, implantation bleeding or what!

x

Since you're so irregular you wouldn't be able to tell if the spotting occurred around the time you were due to ovulate or if it could've been implantation. I don't blame you with just waiting for the lab results. I kept going nuts last month with testing and it really cost me a fortune too. It really sucks not knowing what's going on but at least you'll know on Monday!
