If you get your AF after the time period for which you are planning on setting your CBFM, then you set the next day as CD1 but you will really be on CD2, that happened to me this month.

cajunbabe is right. You set tomorrow morning as CD 1. Make sure you set it at a time when you are comfortable with the testing window and you will be able to use FMU. (i.e. if you set it at 9am you will be able to test anytime between 6am and 12pm. If you get up earlier than 6am then try setting it earlier such as 8am.) You can download the full manual here: http://www.clearblueeasy.com/clearbl...itor-faq.php#6

Hi, I've read the instructions but one bit is confusing me, it says what you have said about setting it tomorrow as cd 1 but won't that throw my cycle out as today is really cd 1, I came on about 11am? I'm confused because it says that you can set it for up to 5 days into your cycle if you hold the button down until it gets to the right day. Why can't I do that for tomorrow to be cd2???

I'm confused?

I don't know why you are supposed to set the next day after you start as CD1, I just know that is what I read in the instructions and FAQ. It may have something to do with your hormone levels.
