implantation will generally occur within 7 to 14 days after conception.... with this said its very unlikely if you are experiencing symptoms your probably just symptom spotting but you never know wait until you are close to your missed period then test.. best of luck to you
No, it hasn't had time for fertilization to occur and cell division to advance enough for the development to be adequate. Also, the logistics of it moving down the tubes and into the uterus and implanting that quickly is extremely unlikely.
I guess technically anything is possible, but barring a miscalculation in ovulation date I would say no.
