My vitex or chasteberry experience so far

I started taking Vitex sometime post O last cycle. I took 1 pill a day before AF and once AF arrived I starting taking 2 pills a day. My stomach had some minor pains for about 7 days once I starting taking it. I don’t have any side effects now.

I think Vitex is really helping regulating my hormones. I usually O on day 19-20 each cycle when I took Clomid I O’ed on day 15. I think I O’ed today which would be day 14 with Vitex. I’ll see what my temp is tomorrow. My LP when I don’t take B6 is usually 10 days. I’m quite curious to see what it will be this cycle. All I have to say is that I had a lot of EWCM this cycle! I don’t think I have ever had that much before.

I just wanted to share my experience so far.

Thanks Christinas, its my first month on vitex too. I cant say I've noticed more EWCM but I'm feeling lots of ovulation twinges. I think I will ovulate a couple of days earlier but the real test will be to see if it will do anything to improve my pre-AF spotting and short LP.

I'm taking 800mg a day, 400mg tablet with breakfast and dinner. I will double the dosage next cycle if it doesn't work xxx

I'm taking the same amount. I am not sure if I will double it or not. I started out only taking 400 MG a day. This is what I am taking:
