Triphasic at 8 dpo?

I'm going crazy here, my temp rose 0.4 degrees this morning. FF doesn't specify how much it has to raise to be considered triphasic. And I know that triphasic pattern doesn't automatically equal pregnancy, but this is the 4th cycle I've been charting since a loss (last cycle was anovulatory) and I've never seen that happen before. I'm not getting my hopes up, but would love some input - thanks.

Happy Father's Day!

Looks promising! I THINK that if the triphasic elevated temp pattern is due to pregnancy its because youve experienced implantation and your hormones surge. But I dont know. The triphasic pattern isnt as much of a pregnancy sign with charting, in my humble opinion, as continued elevated temps is. Keep tracking it and take a test in a couple days to be sure!

Good luck!

Congratulations on your pregnancy, I guess the rise at 8 dpo was significant. How many DPO did you get a BFP? Did FF end up recognizing a triphasic, if so after how many high temps. I'm at 8 DPO today and had a .4 rise in temp, I've never had this happen before in my past cycle. So hoping for baby dust.

Thanks! I posted this in June, I didn't get my BFP until November so that particular temp pattern didn't mean anything, sorry I hope it didn't get your hopes up.

On my BFP cycle in November I stopped temping after I got a positive OPK (which ended up being a day before I ovulated) so I don't know about triphasic temp patterns or FF or anything like that - sorry! I got my BFP at 13dpo. I didn't test until AF was a day late and got a super dark positive that night with diluted urine.

I hope your temp rise was significant and this is your BFP - good luck!
