OPK Question!! Please HELP!

Ok ladies, so today I got my first positive OPK test. When should my DH and I BD? Today? Tomorrow!? We BD about 2 days ago. I have read that you should BD the day before you get a positive OPK? Could I have missed the right day again!? Please help!

Dont think you have missed out at all.

First +opk is supposed to indicate that you will ovulate over the next 2 days......so do it now, tomorrow and the next day and I would say that would give you your best shot!

When I got my first +opk I ovulated 2 days later (as confirmed the following day with a temp rise)

Good luck!

Thanks ladies! That's what I thought but last month we didn't conceive so I was looking up when to BD after a +opk and some websites were saying I should have the day before. Also, I have read that it is bad to BD everyday because it lowers the sperm count?, is every other day better?

You could ovulate anytime between the time you get the positive OPK to 48 hours later. Even if you ovulated the day of your positive, you'd still be covered. On average though it's 24 hours after the pos OPK
