Need help QUICK, Soy and other supplements CD1

Ok, I finally got AF today. MC in June and ectopic with twins (surgery 03/01/2011) so apparently I WAS O on my own, but after this last MC my LH surges are VERY short even with digis, so I am not sure it is happening. I started temping yesterday with BBT. 1st temp (apparently before AF was coming, she was late and was due on 08/10/2011 all BFNs) was 98.60, this am I took it and had a 98.20 BBT, stood up and AF came like right there (TMI) going to be an interesting BBT journey. I have been taking prenatal vitamin and a B complex, since the MC, I continued. The B was to lengthen the LP as I think it is 11 days. Which I think the B complex did. I used to have a 27 day cycle, This one was 30. Started AF 07/15/2011 got her back 08/13/2011 so that is 30 days right????

I am going to start soy tonight, I picked up the 40mg tabs and am going to do CD1-CD5, do I still take my prenatal and the B complex while taking the soy? Not sure on that. I am going to order from amazon the IC OPKs, which is the best of them. I have a few digitals to back up if I get a +OPK on the ICs.

Thinking for the soy
CD1- 80mg CD2 80mg
CD3-120, CD4 -160 and CD5 -200mg

Does that sound good?

ANY advice is soooooo very appreciated.

I get CM and have been O'ing around CD15-CD18, I think, last cycle I had no +OPK, but had all the signs. I wasn't temping.

So to sum up
Do you think my soy dosage sounds good? Do I also take my prenatal and the B-complex while taking the soy?
My last cycle was 30 days?
What are the best IC OPKs on Amazon, in your experience?

And of course anything else you would advise.

Hey, I took soy and conceived my little girl first cycle.

I took 120mg cd3-7

Took folic acid everyday, but didnt do any other supplements.

Opks don't work for me, think having pcos has something to do with that so can't advise on them. And I just used ic then when I saw a bfp spent money on expensive one to be sure.

See I'm not sure since all the issues this year if I am still O'ing on my own. That is why I figure chill a little on the dosage of the soy, just in case. I know I have read in the soy thread, to gradually increase it and take it at night to help with any side effects.

Anyone else with insight?

if your cycles are good then you probably dont want to take soy.. that is more for people with irregular cycles. If you are ovulating on your own I wouldnt mess with anything like that.

it makes me happy B6 helped your lp! I am taking it to help mine.

And July 15-August 13 is a 29 day cycle.

What tryinfor said. I wouldn't take soy if you ovulate regularly. It may mess up your cycles. If you ovulate late then it's fine. Sorry to hear about your losses xx
