How many days is your luteal phase (from O until AF)?

A short luteal phase can prevent good implantation and in terms of OTC stuff, you can take B6. I think if this is the second time, however, you should let your doctor know and they could even consider progesterone supplements. That's only if you have a short luteal phase though (<10 days).

If you have a normal luteal phase, it could be pure bad luck as the miscarriage rate is 50% or more if you count all the chemicals. I would still go to your doc because they can make sure you don't have any other problems that might be causing this to happen.

WSS^^

So sorry for your losses hun You'll get a sticky bean soon, I promise. Also, if you take Ibuprofen/motrin/etc STOP taking it right now! That can mess with ovulation and implantation (causing chemicals). Switch to Tylenol. Also it may be good to get your progesterone checked, especially if you spot before AF xx
