Evening Primrose Oil & Agnus Castus

Hi Ladies,

I have been taking both EPO & AC this month as I was looking to increase my CM however it seems to have knocked my ov dates out as im at CD19 and still no sign and the past 4 months I have ov on CD13. Has anyone else experienced this?

i actually ovulated earlier when taking these, so I don't know, didn't want to read and run though, good luck!

You aren't still on Clomid are you? You aren't supposed to take clomid and AC at the same time.

Both AC and EPO affect your hormone levels, so it isn't surprising that it has moved your O date. From what I have read, though, it can takes 6-8 weeks for both herbs to show they are working, so maybe it isn't them at all?
