when your TTC do you get jelous of ppl who are preg even if its family?

I have a sis in law who is due anytime now and im SICK of hearing about it all even though im really genuinly happy for her its like every single thing is about being pregnant, 'i need more desert its for the baby' 'i carnt wash up im pregnant' 'im going for a nap its the baby kicking' ETC ETC im like ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh shut up!

I know this sounds really selfish but when all i can think about is trying to get pregnant and all she is going on about is being pregnant its hard

Anyone else the same?? xx

Oh I understand this feeling, even before I was TTC. I wanted to have a baby and my boyfriend wasn't ready yet, so it bothered me seeing everyone else pregnant and not myself. It seems like when you want to have a baby everyone else around you seems to be pregnant. I've had to go shopping for 6 baby showers and 3 diaper parties just in the last year, and I just keep thinking about how I wish it was me.

You aren't alone chickie. I am a hormonal mess and any talk of babies - be it from friends or family - throws me for a loop. I rely on the message boards for that very reason. Take care.

It will be you ladies sooner or later. It took me two years to concieve but i did it and i know you two will as well.

glad its not just me, im very bitter with it all, i hate it but carnt stop my feelings. And the whole family arent making any plans for the next month cos 'it depends when the baby comes' i guess its just jelousy

yeah i posted this earlier too my sister is doin my head in with the same thing. She so bad i told her someone died and she said "No way! Well the baby's foot is in my stomach"

oh yes i feel the same 2. ttc ourselves and sister in law is 6 weeks and feel happy but also so jealous no 1 in the family that we r ttc so it will be a shock just hope it happens soon.

Definitely not alone.....and doesn't it seem that when we are trying the more preggo women you see around you...OR it seems like all of your friends are all of a sudden preggo too??
Very stressful sometimes. You want to be happy for them and you are but you can't help being green with envy!!
