TTC with anemia!

I was hospitalized last year and found out i have really bad anemia.. I was wondering if my implantation bleeding would be different than normal... My periods are usually SUPER heavy, so would my implantation bleeding be heavy as well?

sorry no one's answered. I really don't know butdidn't want to read and run. I have low iron anemia and am wondering if that would be a problem for implantation?
