I'm new here so sorry if this has been discussed before. My hubby and I are TTC and using the CBFM. I haven't had a period since coming off my contraceptive pill 1.5 years ago, but I get bad cramps and tender breasts that I get the feeling exactly when my period's meant to be. So, I started it using this feeling as my date as it happens every 28 days. I went to High Fertility nicely enough, but have now been on it for ages and it's day 20 on the monitor! Am I ever going to peak/ovulate you think? Something must be happening in my body but not sure if it's what I want. I hear stories online saying similar but I never hear what happens after this day and what happens to them.
I take Chinese herbs, go to acupuncture and just want my body to work xxx
Last month was my first month using the cbfm and I had 19 high days before my peak. I had an infection so my o was probably delayed from that but I did finally peak (around the time aunt flow would normally come). Hang in there and if you o you will eventually get your peak. This cycle so far has been more normal for me-peak at cd 10/11. Good luck!
hi hun its my first month with it too. i have heard of some people only having highs in their first month whilst the monitor calibrates itself or you may be still waiting to O. Im on day 12 now and have had "high" since day 6, so thats 7 in a row, i was getting worried about that too x
I had all highs the month before last and didn't see a peak
It was over 20 days at high. Blooming nightmare but at least you're not alone if you get the same. Thankfully my next cycle I peaked at 12 days and put it down to taking vit b complex and evening primrose oil so give that a go hun x
