Hi girls. Just looking for company of others who have taken soy this cycle. I'm taking soy on cd 2-6, 100mg, 100mg, 140mg, 140mg, 160mg. I used soy last cycle and though I didn't conceive I did ovulate! First time since depo Im taking it this cycle CD2-6 200 mg. Currently on CD 5 |

i didnt conceive last month either, but i ovualted so that made me happy. i like knowing when af should arrive. before i waited from 41-60 days. but last month i knew when i should be starting. which makes it a little bit more easy.

Hi girls, hope you don't mind me asking a couple of quick questions.  I'm not taking soy because I have regular cycles, but I've heard that even if cycles are regular soy can help with the quality of the egg and stronger OV? What does stronger OV mean? And do you know if it is OK to take soy with regular cycles? xxx |
