Hey hunny,

Spotting around O can be a very good thing or a very normal thing. Ovulation Bleeding DOES happen in a small percentage of women and may or may not happen every cycle. Some women only get it once in their entire life and others every cycle.

If you're spotting 5-7 days post O then it could be implantation bleeding!

I spotted last cycle for the first time ever so did a bunch of research. Mine was b/4 ovulation and I found out that hormone changes b/4 ovulation can cause it. If it's right at ovulation time then it can be from the egg bursting out (something like that). JUst watch your temps the next 2 days and if they stay up then you'll know.
