Anyone used or using Emerita Pro-gest?

If so did you get any pregnancy symptoms? And did you need to stop it to get AF?

Thanks in advance ladies.

I started using after getting pg, so not much help here, but yes, I believe you stop it to get your period. I am still using it twice a day as it is safe during pregnancy and I read it can help keep you from preterm labor!

I have, and it really worked for me. I've only used it one month, but I had pretty bad pre AF spotting that month, and it actually made it stop. Of course, my first thought was that it was IB, so I kept using it until a day before AF was due. On that day, the bleeding came back despite the supplement use. I'm actually not sure what it does if you keep using it until AF. Good Luck

This is just my experience and opinion so take it for what it's worth, but I found no value in any of the natural progesterone creams. I was using them to try and raise my progesterone during my LP because I had had 2 m/c and had low progesterone with both. I did get pregnant but when i had my first labs done my progesterone was only 5.8, which was actually lower than when I got pregnant the time before not using the cream. I asked my OB about it and he said they don't do anything bc your body can't absorb enough to be of any use. So that's my experience. You all might have a better response to it.

Which progesterone did you buy? Was it UEP? I think emerita progest is one of the only ones which has bio/identical progesterone.

It def helped me lengthen my LP from 7days to 13 but did cause swollen sore boobs, hot flushes and nausea.

The last one I used was Emerita. I had also used Source Naturals for a while before changing. But like I said, that was just my own experience. I had read elsewhere that it lengthened another woman's LP as well, so that's good. I've never had a short LP, so I was just trying to raise my progesterone level which it just didn't do for me. I have to take prometruim in order to get my progesterone high enough to be able to support a pregnancy should one occur. I'm glad it helped with your LP. Good luck
