Wouldn't worry about the temping. My doctor. Told me recently that it was medically unreliable. I had never heard this before so I looked into it. In one clinical study bbt only matched up with ovarian scans done in like 30 (something) % of women in the study. Another one that did lap surgeries on the women said that temping was off by over 24 hours in a lot of the women. I think temping has its flaws like OPKs. Nothing can tell you when you ovulated with certainty other than lap surgery.

Other than that my advice is to use the conceive plus like an hour to 30 minutes before you BD. Get it as close to your cervix as possible. This way the conceive plus will coat your cervix and vaginal walls blocking the acidic fluids in your vagina that kill sperm. Most people who use fertility lubes use them right before BD, and a lot of the times they apply it externally too.

I would use softcups to stop any sperm from leaking out. There is a huge softcups thread on here somewhere.

I would take prenatal vitamins if you're not already doing that.

I would also eat sunflower seeds around ovulation and for maybe 5 or 6 days after. Sunflower seeds are said to help with implantation.

Its grapefruit juice (not concentrated) that helps with EWCM. I would drink this when AF starts until you know you ovulated.

I would BD every other day and then when you get a positive OPK BD everyday. Or you can abstain from ejaculation (your husban or OH) for 3 days and then when you get a positive OPK BD every day. I would also make sure you BD for 4 or 5 days after the postive OPK. I say this because the egg does not always die 12-24 hours after its released. Good eggs live for 48 hours and really good sones can live for 72 hours. Most sites online will say 12-25 hour but that is not true all the time at all. So since you can release an egg. 12 to 24 hours after your positive OPK, sometimes even 48 hours, if you get a pos OPK on monday, your egg could be released on Wednesday and could live until Saturday.

I would also try to orgasm after your OH because the cervix sucks up sperm, but if you can't orgasm after him or at all I wopuldnt worry about it.

That's my two cents
