When i went to the eye doctor and had to write down that i was taking prenatals.... The nurse said, "You know, prenatals are great for everyone! I met this pharmacist at (some) medical conference once and he told me HE took prenatals!"
Sounds silly-- but i guess they must be good for men too!
Yeah, My friend was ttc for a year and she had her hubby to take prenatals with her and that next month they conceived And Maca is just a super food that works great with fertility and boost male sperm count by 2million. It helps alot of Maca babies were conceived on the forum.

3) stops his anti depressants and goes on herbal replacements as well as taking ginseng.
4) eats garlicy foods.
5) goes to bed earlier.
whilst he does that i do this...
1) i POAS doing OPKS everyday.
2) i eat more veg
3) i get more active and go on walks with the kids more often.
4) i stop breastfeeding as much, i try to cut down feeds to 2 a day to get my menstral cycle back, i don't ovulate when i feed our babies more than 3 times a day, so we cant TTC till i get it back
