Had my scan on day 14 (fri) after taking 100mg clomid day 2-6, 3rd cycle of clomid and i had 1 15mm and 1 8mm folicle on right ovary and 1 15mm folicle on left ovary, got to go back tues for another scan to see if they have grown so i can get injected. Do you think i its looking good for me???
That is good. They are nice and big and will be mature very soon. They grow between 1-2mm a day and are considered mature at 18mm, however, this month I ovulated a follicle that was 15mm, so yours could be mature now. BD between now and Tuesday to be safe.
On my unmedicated cycle my mature follicle was 20mm on day 14 and I ovulated on day 16. The Clomid made my follicles grow super fast and I ovulated before day 14 both times.
yes defo going to be BD...thank you for your reply, still trying to think positive about this but trying not to get my hopes up!! Hopefully on tues they will have matured and he can inject me to release them :-))) xx
All doctors are different, but my doctor gives me the injection once my lead follicle is 18mm. This cycle I had 2 follicles that were 15mm and 22mm. The gave me the injection and when I went back three days later to have another scan they told me that both of the follicles released and I ovulated 2 eggs. I was surprised that the 15mm one relaesed. Usually only the biggest one does and the other ones wither away.
Your follicles should be matured by tuesday. Good luck and lots of
