Waste of time?

I've been TTC for 14 months now and finally went in to the doctor to get checked out. My ovulation day transvaginal ultrasound was all normal with a 18 mm follicle and 15 mm uterine lining. I had my 7 dpo progesterone done 2 days ago and do not know the results yet. I had all the typical signs of ovulation. My DH says all this is a waste of time and money. He will not get a SA done and says we are "trying to hard." I am so frustrated at him because this is the only thing I have ever asked for and wanted. I even told him I will do everything and "help" him. He still says "he is in no hurry" and changes the topic to cars or 4 wheelers. I am 29 and he is 30 so the "clock" is ticking away. I have another appointment in a week which I am debating going to. The doctor is supposed to talk about options for treatment. Do you think she will even do anything such as clomid if there is no SA? If all my tests come out normal is clomid even an option? Thanks!

Hi,
I am in the same boat, my OH has not done the SA yet and the dr will not do anything for me until he does it.(it has been over a yr) After all it might not be me(you) but him. I am determined to get him to go if it did not happen this time. I think men have a problem with knowing they ARE the problem.

All my tests so far have been normal but the dr says she is happy to refer us to the fertility specialist as soon as o/h has had a SA and she has the results x
