After my last miscarriage I basically have had no cm at all, nada! I tried grapefruit juice (both the regualr and pink..both organic and fresh pressed). I've tried robitussin. Drinking tons of water NOTHING!! Last cycle I bought some FertileCM and took it, still nothing. Well, I decided to continue with the fertileCM and whoopie...this cycle, I'm a few days away from ovualtion, I'm already getting tons of cm...even more than befroe the m/c. I used preseed last cycles, but I don't think I'll even need that this time.
So just putting this out there. I know the same things don't work for every woman, but it may be worth a try if you're having the same problems I was having.
I haven't heard of FertileCM, what is it? A pill? Although I have given birth and don't think I have a problem, this month I tried checking my CM and had a VERY hard time. There never seemed to be a lot. I am awaiting AF or to test this coming weekend, and if I haven't conceived #2 I will be looking for something new to try!!!!
it's a capsule. i got it off amazon. I think it's pretty cheap. the only bad thing about it is that you have to take it 3 times a day. I have to leave it out on the counter or I forget and I think i sometimes take 4 or 5 cos I can never remember if I've taken it or not.
I use Evening Primrose Oil for more fertile CM...I used to get somewhat watery CM close to ovulation but there was never much of it. Since taking EPO 3x a day it's made a huge difference in quality and quantity!
