Hi I want trying b6 to increase my LP, which is 10 days. I have 3 questions that I hope you can help me with  Do I take it all the way through cycle or stop after OV? What dose do I take- 50 or 100mg I am currently on day 2 of a natural MC. Can I start taking it now, or do I have to wait for next AF? Thank you in advance!! Mel |
