I'm a bit confused... been using OPK's for a while now... I usually get a positive result around CD16 which lasts for two days. This month I got a faint line on CD15 & CD16 and then nothing else! I don't know whether or not to record it in my chart as positive!? what do you think?
I'm hoping my temps are on the way up now to show ovulation has taken place. I am guessing that I ovulated on CD18, what do you guys think?
It sounds like maybe your body was gearing up to O and didn't. Have you been under extra stress recently? Your last couple of temps are still within what it has been so it's hard to say. Hopefully your temps go up to show you did O or you O very soon. I would say since those lines wer every faint I wouldn't count them as positive since to be positive it has to be at least as dark as the control line.
If I don't ovulate, does that mean I wouldn't get my period? I have always had regular periods. My cycle has ranged from 26 - 30 days since my baby was born 6 months ago...
I am hoping my temps will continue to go up, but I am not sure if they are accurate either as my LO sleeps in our bed and she wakes up about 5 times a night and I feed her during the night as well I get about 8 hours sleep, but it is interrupted sleep...
You can get your period regularly even if you don't ovulate. Of curse if you didn't ovulate, but you ovulate later in the cycle then your cycle will just be longer. It's really too early to tell. The only reason I suggested you may not have ovulated though is because your lines were so faint this time. Are you still testing with the OPKs?
